I met Diane Hayes several years ago when my wife went through Young Leaders Council. Diane always remembered our names and was always so kind and joyful. Fast forward a few years and I decided to go through Young Leaders. I learned a lot about non profits and how a board should run. Diane is a Nashville native and has always been very involved in the Nashville community. She shares about her journey.
